Magicycle Limited Warranty Overview
Coverage:
All Magicycle bikes come with a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects for the original owner.
Warranty Period:
Begins upon receipt of the ebike and ends after 2 years.
Transferability:
The warranty is transferable, provided the new owner meets specific conditions and possesses necessary information from the initial purchase.
Terms of Warranty:

Frame Warranty:
- Replacement warranty for 2 years covering manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions include corrosion, paint damage, impact damage, non-reversible modifications, and certain frame-mounted components.

Battery Warranty:
- 2-year prorated warranty covering defects. Repair or replacement at no cost during the warranty period.
- Exclusions include misuse, improper charging, and use in equipment other than specified bikes.

Parts & Components Warranty:
- Original parts covered for 2 years.
- Exclusions include corrosion, surface damage, improper use, and certain wear and tear items.
Free Repair Service & Replacement: Quality issues within the warranty period are eligible for free repair service or replacement, with shipping costs covered under specific conditions.
Credit Card Chargebacks: Warranty becomes invalidated until resolution of any credit card chargeback if applicable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim: Claims must be made through Arkersport with proof of purchase and evidence of damage. Initial contact should be made where the product was purchased.
Deposit for Replacement Parts: A deposit may be required for certain replacements, refunded upon receipt of damaged parts.
Shipping Damage: Not covered by warranty, but Arkersport will replace damaged components if notified within 7 days and provided with necessary documentation.
Repair Service: Only free replacement parts are provided for offline repair services; labor costs are not reimbursed.
